We use opentext exstream to customer communication templates and automate att ccm related requirements for all our clients.
Recently we have created internal documents and statements using opentext. It's really helpful and robust tool which increases customer communication quality.

- Very helpful to integrate with archival systems which makes it easy to maintain document for longer time.
Exstream is more stable compare to all ccm available in market, it's reasearch and r&d team make really good progress to improve product quality.
