Overall Satisfaction with OpenText Exstream

We use opentext exstream to customer communication templates and automate att ccm related requirements for all our clients.
Recently we have created internal documents and statements using opentext. It's really helpful and robust tool which increases customer communication quality.

  • License cost is too high
  • Can improve in cloud version stability
  • Helped our business with ccm requirements and helping our organisation fulfill all the regularatory requirements to maintain customer communications and documentations.
  • Very helpful to integrate with archival systems which makes it easy to maintain document for longer time.
Exstream is more stable compare to all ccm available in market, it's reasearch and r&d team make really good progress to improve product quality.

It's really helpful in all sort of ccm requirements special it handles high volume ccm requirements very smoothly and error free.

Improvements in quality of product with new versions is remarkable.
