Overall Satisfaction with Optimizely Content Management System

We use it to implement workflows for our entire Marketing team. As a new partner, we are looking for ways to streamline end-to-end marketing solutions for their business.

Pros

  • UI
  • Easiness to build
  • Integrations with other marketing tools

Cons

  • Knowledge base for non power users
  • Visibility to capabilities within different service agreements
  • The learning curve was a bit heavy on costs at the beginning but we are getting over the hurdle now.
We were up and running after about a month.
The UI is fresh and clean - attractive to the end-user.
