Yes - hours were purchased to help with support and other queries
Yes - No - it was reported but there hasn't been any updates. The expectation is that the vendor would at least give ideas around when it would be resolved, but we still haven't received any timelines.
After escalation the team has been pretty hands on and better with addressing our queries.
