Overall Satisfaction with Oracle Autonomous Database
In my previous company before this one, We used it for capturing and registering motor vehicle speed infringements. One of the problems which [were] addressed was how easy it was for me to get reports for the business to make decisions. However, though not mentioned in the question, I find it so difficult to find tools [that] be used to monitor and administer this database and others am currently using.
Pros
- Data Integrity
- Provides very high security
- Reporting
- Has very good speed on queries
Cons
- If possible, it should come with tools for monitoring as a DBA.
- Should provide some tools for automating jobs.
- Should come with some custom reports.
- Decision making as a result of reports.
- Reduced cost on security.
- Because of good speed, decisions are made fast hence cost of running the business is reduced.
