Oracle Autonomous Database is used mainly to manage the students data, for grades, certificates, internship programs, etc.
- To offer a good performance
- Security
- Easy to manage
- PL/SQL integrated with Java
- Sometimes it's difficult to obtain some performance statistics
- Improve the general cost with TI
- Improved SAP performance in a previous company that I use to work
Because I had a background with Oracle Database, and comparatively the autonomous database is very easy to scale up and to obtain performance information.
