- Taleo is very secure allowing us to assign role-based permissions
- Taleo workflow automation allows for differentiated recruitment
- Taleo has required us to build complex integrations with our current non-Oracle ERP
- Taleo requires quite a bit of technical expertise in order to interface with 3rd party systems
