Overall Satisfaction with Oracle Cloud HCM

[Oracle Cloud HCM is used] across the whole organization - It helps with our HR data, payroll processes, and employee benefits.
  • HR data and interfaces
  • Payroll data and interfaces
  • Employee benefits
  • Can be more customizable
  • Cut down on latency
  • Can get complicated for multi org structures
Transitioning from one enterprise HR system to another is challenging and complex. They were very supportive throughout our implementation (in collaboration with our implementation partner), bringing resources to ensure we were prepared for success beforehand and additional resources to ensure that we stabilized throughout the transition onto the new system - especially attentive to our payrolls.
  • Deeper, more meaningful employee insights
  • HR function accessibility and mobility
  • Reduced payroll cycle time and error rate
  • Increased employee engagement
  • Decreased cost per employee (benefits, compliance, and/or enrollment)
  • Recruitment and onboarding KPI improvements
  • Time and Labor Function efficiencies and cost savings
  • Oracle HCM Cloud positions us for the present and future
  • Fast formulas allow for the flexibility to insert your business rules into various places
  • Improving our capability to engage employees and recognize, cultivate and reward talent
Oracle HCM Cloud is a very good solution for supporting HR processes and interfaces but is not fully customizable in certain areas. Also, some modules are designed for single org structures and can be difficult to configure multi org platforms. But Oracle HCM Cloud provides a modern and robust suite of tools to support complex HR processes, including Payroll and Benefits. [The] first full performance review cycle on the product was a success and had our strongest participation with minimal disruption. Application experience is headed, with more self-service transaction design tools and [an] integrated digital assistant that allows for a more natural, conversation-based user interaction. Oracle is building an environment where the power to independently complete routine HR transactions and answer routine questions is directly in our hands.
