Overall Satisfaction with Oracle Cloud HCM

Our Oracle Cloud HCM environment is managed by a higher education consortium. We are one of three separate, independent colleges that all use this platform. It has allowed all three schools to share the same HCM system, which allows us to collaborate and share services.
  • Submitting timesheets
  • Submitting time off requests
  • The implementation was a significant effort, but that would probably have been true with any ERP/HCM system
  • We have been able to implement an almost entirely paperless system, which has reduced work for HR
  • The Oracle Cloud HCM app provides very convenient access to all features within the platform and is something our previous platform did not offer
The flexibility and diversity of Oracle Cloud HCM is vastly better. It allows us to more easily manage our data, which has always been challenging in Colleague.
Oracle Cloud HCM is well suited for an organization that needs a platform that offers a diverse variety of services. I am not aware of anything that this platform does not do. It may be overkill for a smaller company.
