Overall Satisfaction with Oracle Cloud HCM

Oracle Cloud HCM is one of the best HR management tools that enables us to handle all our HR issues. It is a single portal that helps us to manage all our issues like PTO, payroll, and performance management with effectiveness. The interface is user friendly and has a good navigation system.

  • All the HR issues are managed with effectiveness.
  • Centralized location to capture all issues and information required.
  • Easy report generation for further analysis.

Cons

  • Not very customizable.
  • Web services can be included.
  • Some pages are bit complicated
  • Better insights about employees for further analysis

This software resolves all you HR management issues that you will ever encounter. This is also very easy to set up and install. This is very well suited for medium to big organizations as the application is bit pricey so it won't be of much use to new startups with less employee strength.
