Overall Satisfaction with Oracle Cloud HCM

Different systems were being used to manage Performance, learning, HR, Payroll, and recruitment processes. And there were multiple challenges in integration [and] user experience. Oracle HCM Fusion Cloud was implemented to streamline the end-to-end processes and [enhance] user experience, while [reducing] IT and maintenance cost.
