We use Oracle database to support our main line of business supporting product creation, sales and back office as well as for management reporting. We are a truly round the clock and round the globe business and Oracle's high availability and reliability is vital in supporting our activities.
- Support: an extensive set of tools and resources, whether it's EM, ASH or MOS there's a full set of facilities to help in diagnosing and rectifying problems
