Overall Satisfaction with Oracle Eloqua
Oracle Eloqua is used by the marketing department, the product department, and the sales department and each uses it for their respective needs. The marketing department uses it to set up and execute marketing campaigns and especially targeted campaigns for our different segments. We love that we are able to set everything up for this within Eloqua, and can then analyze how effective our campaigns have been.

- Not easy to use for beginners and they need a lot of training to be able to use the program effectively because it is not intuitive.
- Previous HTML knowledge is a must to be able to use Eloqua effectively.

Oracle Eloqua is a more robust program than the other options that we considered and we are able to get much more out of the program as a company than we would have been able to from other products. The marketing, product, sales, and customer service departments utilize the program for various needs or tasks.
