Overall Satisfaction with Oracle Eloqua

Oracle Eloqua is currently used mainly by the marketing department, and also by the customer service department (who provide the leads, market segments, and suggest promotions for the marketing department). The business problem Oracle Eloqua addresses for us is it takes care of our communications needs with both B2B customers and B2C customers.

Oracle Eloqua makes it very simple to scale and personlise all of your marketing efforts. The marketing segmentation features that Oracle Eloqua has are very straight forward to use, and the scenarios or criteria for this is also easy to define in Oracle Eloqua.

  • Easier to follow up on leads and see them through the sales cycle
My company decided to choose Oracle Eloqua because it was the most robust marketing program that we evaluated. We were also impressed with its marketing automation capabilities, and how easy it is to run analytics on your marketing campaigns.
Oracle Eloqua is very well suited if you want to automate your marketing efforts, especially across many different channels. As I previously mentioned, it is also great for analysing the effectiveness of your marketing campaigns and then using that information to make the necessary changes to your campaigns to increase their impact.
