Oracle Eloqua is currently used mainly by the marketing department, and also by the customer service department (who provide the leads, market segments, and suggest promotions for the marketing department). The business problem Oracle Eloqua addresses for us is it takes care of our communications needs with both B2B customers and B2C customers.
