Overall Satisfaction with Oracle HCM Cloud

[It's being used for] Piloting the performance management module to determine if it can support the broader organization. Needed a tool to automate performance evaluations, support flexibility and track process steps.
  • Thousands of options for performance evaluation content.
  • Peer reviews.
  • Alignment between sales, tech and support. Each doesn't seem to know what the other is doing or what's involved in each module.
  • Support manager model does not add value in some organizations and can be a distraction.
  • Search function leaves a lot to be desired.
  • Nothing yet. Would love to see reporting and analytics support leadership but reports seem cumbersome.
Well suited for smaller organizations with fewer business rules and that have HR business owners that have a strong technical background.
