Taleo owned by Oracle is our current solution for Applicant Tracking and the Hiring/Onboarding Process
  • Taleo is very secure allowing us to assign role-based permissions.
  • Taleo offers Job-templates for quick and easy requisition creation
  • Taleo workflow automation allows for differentiated recruitment
  • Taleo requires quite a bit of technical expertise in order to interface with 3rd party systems
  • Taleo has required us to build complex integrations with our current non-Oracle ERP
  • We have been able to use Taleo branding files to uniquely brand different organizations within the same instance of Taleo
  • We have been able to incorporate job descriptions via our JD tools
Taleo is vastly more powerful than PF and much easier to use.
