Oracle HCM will be replacing our existing ERP as a full end to end solution across multiple functional disciplines. The plan is for the solution to provide HR Operations and Talent Acquisition solutions to automate and integrate the functions and provide full cycle analytics and predictive metrics. The key business driver is cost reduction and leveraging the system to automate current processes.

From a recruiting standpoint, Taleo and Oracle HCM provides greater flexibility as it relates to upgrades and configuration. The mobile apps and overall user experience historically has been a weakness of Oracle products, but it has improved. Further integration between products and closer alignment with customer expectations. While Taleo provides a traditional ATS solution well, it has been several years since a significant improvement has been made to revolutionize candidate experience.
