Overall Satisfaction with Oracle HCM Cloud

Oracle HCM is used globally for managing all aspects of our human resources.
  • Provides consistent framework for performance mgmt across enterprise
  • Provides central starting point and unified front for training and knowledge sharing
  • Provides simple interface to all individual benefits
  • Regarding eduaction/training - I would like to see better integration into the normal workflows of our people.
We have touchpoints with our Oracle HCM data in our project management and time tracking applications flowing into finance. Oracle HCM is well suited for this integration and we are looking forward to additional benefits as we move these apps from on prem oracle to cloud.
