Overall Satisfaction with Oracle HCM Cloud
Oracle HCM Cloud is used across our organization to manage our enterprise Human Performance shared services, including core HR, benefits, compensation and payroll.
Pros
- Oracle HCM Cloud integrates well with critical systems, including delivered integration with Oracle ERP Cloud and ADP
- HCM Cloud has a fine-grained security model that can cover almost all of the cases that we need
- HCM Cloud delivers a constantly maturing, enterprise-class experience
Cons
- HCM Cloud is often not straightforward. The complexity that is built into a flexible enterprise-class system should be abstracted away from the default displays, so that more of the work is straightforward unless the user drills into the advanced options.
- Performance is an ongoing concern, particularly performance of batch processes.
- Reporting solutions are overly complicated. HCM Extracts are cumbersome, BI Publisher doesn't perform well, and OTBI is not flexible enough
