Overall Satisfaction with Oracle HCM Cloud

Midmark utilized Core HCM, Taleo Recruit and learned within HR. We are in the process of implementation of Talent. We've been using Oracle Cloud programs and chose to stick with it.

We have been an Oracle shop for over 7 years, so it made sense to stick with what works for us.
The benefits configuration and OE is very smooth.
