It has made it convenient to access the system from anywhere in the world. Now one can even apply for leaves or fill appraisals from the convenience of home. It is also used as the primary tool to hire people both inside and outside of the organization.
- It makes hiring an omnichannel process by reaching the candidates through various mediums like social media, talent exchange platform, job portals, etc.
- It generates insights about the employees and can also help in predicting which employees are about to leave the organization.
- It helps in pre-screening the candidates by using video interviews and other aptitude tests so that only relevant candidates come and meet the hiring managers.
- It does not allow candidates to apply using their LinkedIn profiles. It would save a lot of time at candidate's end and a lot of extra information gets captured through the LinkedIn profile.
