Overall Satisfaction with Oracle HCM Cloud (including Taleo)

It is being used by both our departments and across the whole organization. The business problems it addresses are HR and management issues. It also offers social sourcing and insights for B2B and B2C businesses. It works for pretty [much] all types of businesses, ranging from small to big firms. It is one of the must-have softwares for your company.

Pros

  • Very useful social sourcing and insights.
  • HR and integrated management suite to help you organize things easier.
  • It also offers lots of tools for users to manage and analyze their career progression.

Cons

  • Even though EBS does have iRecruitment, most HCM vendors does not offer recruitment tools, which are necessary.
  • Too heavy. It takes about 128GB to install the software.
  • It offers the best enterprise information security, ever!

I selected it because of it variety of tools and security options. Also, their prices are not up in the sky as the other softwares.
It is suited for most business types and companies, as their KPIs come pre-built, which makes it very easy to install, even for beginners. Analytics are easy to follow, even for big data, via a view of the HR performance tool. In its web-based format, users can easily update their tools to match their business's needs.
