Overall Satisfaction with Oracle Linux

It is being used for hosting applications and databases in our environment. Databases deployed range from Oracle, Mysql, Postgres databases, etc. We have a number of applications hosted on Oracle Linux Servers. It's used across the organization and supports clients as well. Oracle Linux 7.7 is being widely used and it provides a very good platform for hosting them. The performance is really appreciable.

This software was much better than other systems that I have used. Oracle Linux can be easily managed. The upgrade process which is a little complicated in Oracle Linux is far better than other systems that I have used. The command line management is very easy, basic Linux stuff work here.

It can be used to host any kind of database or application. It is a very robust and trustable machine to put your stuff on. Databases of huge size fit in very easily considering we purchase enough CPU and memory. The CPU and memory can be scaled on the go based on the needs.
