OutboundEngine is one of our lead services for new business and client retention. We currently use it throughout the organization. New business acquisition is our primary use of Outbound Engine. It is also a way we keep in contact with our existing clients.
Pros
- Contacting through email is the way OutboundEngine helps us in developing leads. We provide the emails and OutboundEngine delivers the insurance related content. Leads are developed from the campaigns delivered to our clients and new business prospects. It's a simple and very effective way to reach new prospects and cross-sell existing customers.
- Their billing is simple.
Cons
- It is a simple process. As long as you provide the leads, they do a good job of the rest.
- I would say a fault is possibly going strictly with the emails the client puts in. In the real world, we would all like to have endless emails to provide them. However, this is rarely the case. So if you only provide minimal leads, you are going to get minimal results. It would be great if they could provide some of the leads or emails to the client.
- They account for about 10 percent of our ROI. It does pay for itself within our agency.
Have never used another service. They do a nice job at what they do.
