Overall Satisfaction with OutboundEngine
Keeping in touch with such a wide client base and network can be difficult. However, OutboundEngine helps sort client information and send out emails, etc. in an organized and cohesive manner. It keeps everything organized and together so it's easy to reach out to a specific person, or a large group of people, whenever needed. It addresses the issues of organization in the marketing and outreach areas and is being mainly used in marketing.
Pros
- Customer service is top notch. Every time there's been an issue (which is very rare!) the account managers were easy to reach and had quick answers.
- Helps us stay organized with email lists, contact lists, etc.
- Sends out content in a timely manner without it being spammy or too frequent.
- Gives us the freedom to choose what content goes out and who it goes to, so we can tailor it to our client base's needs since it is so diverse.
Cons
- Nothing I can think of with the program itself, it is costly though but I believe worth it.
- Being able to stay more organized.
- Getting consistent feedback from the people we've reached out to through OutboundEngine.
- High cost, but high ROI because we're able to contact all these different groups of people associated with our organization and ensure that they get consistent info from us.
