Overall Satisfaction with OutboundEngine
OutboundEngine is being used throughout our entire organization and is relatively new to me. I was looking for a program initially that would help me manage my clients, as I had a difficult time keeping my current and past clients straight, and I wanted to be able to reach out to past clients regarding recurring shoots and potential jobs. OutboundEngine streamlines this process, and their content is professional and thorough without looking too sales-y. It has addressed the contact disorganization issue while bringing in new leads and initiating recurring jobs with past clients.
- It helps me keep my client lists organized and manage who I need to reach out to regarding what topics, shoots, jobs, etc. In turn, it helps me generate a lot more leads and recurring jobs.
- Their social media improvement options seem very strong. I'm so excited to start working on building my company's social media presence and boosting our online image with OutboundEngine.
- Their customer service is excellent. The times I've spoken with my account manager, they have covered all their bases and been able to answer all of my questions. I felt very confident moving forward with the use of the program after an extensive and helpful call with an OutboundEngine employee.
- It is expensive, which was initially hard to justify as a business that's just getting off the ground.

The customer service here is excellent. When I first signed up, I was apprehensive about what I could do with OutboundEngine. When I spoke with my account manager, they were able to answer all of my questions and I felt a lot more confident moving forward. So far, the customer service team has had a helpful and applicable answer to any questions that have arisen.
Overall, OutboundEngine is very user friendly. It is simple to set up and explore, and if there are any issues or questions, the customer service team and account managers are always available to help. They are very knowledgeable and were able to explain everything in detail to me. The program is easy to navigate and helps me stay organized, and an uncomplicated and straightforward solution was exactly what I was looking for.

OutboundEngine is very well suited for smaller businesses that are moldable and are just getting off the ground. For these businesses, they often have a smaller employee base and are more in need of organization and marketing help. OutboundEngine definitely took a lot off my plate on the marketing, social media, and communication side of things and prevented me from needing to bring on extra help, which would have ended up costing me more in the long run.
