Use Cases and Deployment Scope

OutboundEngine provides content for my social media outlets. They provide consistency across a few channels. The quality of the graphics and ease of use attracted me. I don't need to think about it, just checking in to oversee and keep up my end of the database. It is very simple to use and i have had good response from customer service.

Pros

Articles are written well
Subject matter is very appropriate
Graphics are good quality
Customer service is willing to do more if I ask

Cons

The links to social media seem to be UNLINKED very frequently
Maybe links to more social media outlets?
I wish more people stayed engaged but I don't think that is on OutboundEngine

Return on Investment

I can't gage actual ROI but appreciate the consistency
It is important to stay top of mind
I appreciate being able to opt out but twice a month or more messages go out on my behalf

Usability

While it is easy to use, some things are a bit clunky. The staff can be very helpful but often are difficult to reach. Previously they reached out to me on a regular basis on scheduled dates - I was much more engaged then.

Alternatives Considered

I do not use any other similar products at this time. Several of the options that are available to me (CRMs) offer similar options but are more effort on my side. OutboundEngine is more or less automatic and I love that!

I know that some people have assistants or graphics teams or marketing agencies but I am a one person show and truly appreciate some things being done for me! I would recommend OutboundEngine to anyone that wants a newsletter style communication on their behalf OFTEN to their past present and future client base aka sphere of influence.
