Overall Satisfaction with Outlook4Gmail

We use Outlook4Gmail for syncing the client contacts along with reminders and daily tasks associated with the events and project. It is very easy to use and synchronises calendar and contacts thus supporting in day to day activities. The software saves a lot of time of every employee and reminds of small tasks related to each customer in our real estate business. Be it a project visit, meeting, financial discussion or planning. We can customise it in Google Calendar and it gets synced seemlessly. With this, our employees are sure of getting each task done on time.

  • Sometimes there is error in syncronizing the data
  • Outdated or confusing UI
  • The software crash without giving a warning resulting in losing important data which requires to be synced again.

  • Closed two deals personally which helped me to remain in constant touch with the client through regular follow up activities.
