We've used PanTerra for the last 12 years, support is always there immediately, no delays in the service at all, the best IP phone service ever as long as their metrics and how you can manage your company. When you come to report is clear, no complaints about their service

- Create different profiles with 1 signing, this is when you own more than 1 company and don’t want to relate one to the other so instead of having 2 signings they can create profiles under 1 signing
- Billing might be confusing sometimes, you add a product and automatically over charges start coming in, I had to go over it couple of times to check
