Overall Satisfaction with Pardot

Our organization provides fire safety training tools for a wide range of industries - from fire departments and academies to schools, manufacturing sites and health care industries. We use Pardot to manage our contacts, send emails manually and for marketing automation. I specifically use Pardot to gather reporting data. The marketing department is the main user of Pardot, although our sales department does have limited access.

Although Pardot is not perfect, it is better than previous systems that we have used.
I admire how much data Pardot collects, but it can be tedious to compile this data as the reporting customization is very limited. It seems almost a tease to show me so much data without being able to export it.

If you're interested in launching your first automation, we found that it was very easy to implement the process as novices.
