Overall Satisfaction with Pardot

We used Pardot throughout our company from lead generation to marketing to executives. It helped us discover potential customers, learn their behavior and streamline our entire sales process.
  • It provides excellent performance tracking for social media posts. I appreciated the wide variety of social channels Pardot supports, I don't know any other tool that does this.
  • I appreciated the sales process reporting in Pardot. It allowed us to view how effective each department was from a straightforward perspective.
  • Building a landing page in Pardot was simple. Being able to build and track a landing page in the same tool saved us a lot of time and hassle.
  • Connecting LinkedIn to Pardot was convoluted at best. The Pardot technician basically told me that it doesn't work.
  • As much as I liked the simplicity of the page building tools, it suffered a lack of exactness that you expect in a professional tool. A lot of trial and error was necessary to make objects line up the way you'd like.
  • The analytics in Pardot showed us the quality of our leads. As we used this metric we eventually identified what activities were producing the best leads.
  • The social media tools in Pardot helped our marketing team learn what content pulls in quality leads
I have used Bitly to track the performance of social media links. I found Pardot to be superior because of its capability to identify and track individuals. I prefer using Pardot to Adobe because it provides details about individual customers. I also prefer Pardot over Google Analytics for the same reasons.
I would renew our subscription to Pardot because our team has grown accustomed to it. I am also impressed with the powerful data it gives us to make large and small business decisions. It gives our sales team more information about our clients to work with and helps them prioritize certain leads over others.
Pardot is perfect for a team that wants detailed metrics. It's great at tracking things whether clicks, or potential customers. It provides insightful data. The data you mine from Pardot is where it's value lies. I would recommend it for any company that has a sizable sales force. The compatibility with Salesforce is a huge plus and the technology in Pardot really helps you learn more about your customers than you would otherwise. This is more helpful when you are dealing big ticket items. As a marketing professional Pardot left me wanting more from it's page building tools but it gave me more to work with than I had without it.
