Overall Satisfaction with Pardot Marketing Automation

Pardot Marketing Automation is being used by 360 Healthcare Staffing across the whole organization. We're a relatively small company, so in marketing I support both the recruiting and business development sides of the business. For us Pardot has allowed us to better track how our recruiting and new business prospects engage with our website and with the email content that they receive from us. It has given 360 Healthcare's email marketing a more professional look and feel.
  • We use the Custom Redirect URLs often to help us track engagement and traffic from content that is posted to social media, and the links that we include in email campaigns. We get some great data.
  • The drip campaigns work well. I don't have enough experience with them to be able to give solid details, but the few times we did use them, they returned valuable intelligence.
  • The custom landing page templates that Pardot provides are well put together and very easy to use, once you get the hang of it.
  • Social media posting functionality needs some help, specifically when it comes to posting to LinkedIn company pages. The lack of ability to embed images is a big reason why we don't use it for that purpose.
  • The web traffic analytics piece is not very useful for collecting data. We have to use Google Analytics to get a real picture of that.
  • I wish there was the ability to modify the fields visible in Prospect View. For our purposes being able to see a person's job title would be tremendous in being able to immediately determine their potential value to our company.
  • Quick identification of leads who are engaging with our content and website
  • Better brand perception with our email marketing, and increased leads from those email campaigns as a result
  • We have been able to become more proactive in our lead engagement before, during and after conventions we attend
The only other product we evaluated was HubSpot. We felt that for the cost, Pardot was a better option for us.
It is a tremendously valuable email marketing product. Knowing that, it's important to find out how many prospect email addresses that are available. Pardot touts its ability to facilitate aggressive landing page strategies, so knowing exactly what that means is important. For us we have 50 available to us. We are in the process of launching a number of pages.
