Overall Satisfaction with Pardot Marketing Automation

Pardot is used mainly by the marketing department to send newsletters and other company communications.
  • List management (rules, suppresion lists etc.)
  • Organization management (tags, folders etc.)
  • Email flow/usability
  • Unlimited test emails
  • General flexibility
  • Survey building functionality/Integration with more survey development software companies
  • Ability to edit published templates
  • Ability to copy code from sent emails without having to make a copy
  • Improved customer engagement.
Pardot is far better, but used basic level with MailChimp. Prefer MailChimp's email design capabilities.
