Overall Satisfaction with Passly from ID Agent, a Kaseya company

When set up account was locked out for all users. This created a problem as our IT exclusively use Kaseya VSA for Tech Support. From my experience, we were not able to get in causing us to be essentially dead in the water when providing support to our users. This created a problem with our Service Leval Agreements.

I selected Passly at first as it would allow for a single sign on with azure to Kaseya VSA. Kaseya has made access to different products very different. VSA does not have single sign on with Azure where as Vorex/BMS does. This is a feature that Kaseya should make unified accross all applications.

Did Passly by ID Agent live up to sales and marketing promises?

No

Did implementation of Passly by ID Agent go as expected?

Would you buy Passly by ID Agent again?

No

From my experience, Kaseya made a mistake with Passly. It does not work correctly. When it does work it is very delayed causing issues for logging into the system. When Kaseya was contacted they could not find users at all. When they finally found the users they could not edit it needing them to escalate to development to fix accounts.
