Overall Satisfaction with Paychex

Paychex had very helpful webinars/topics that applies to every business and industry. Would recommend any business to sign up, even though you may process payroll through a different platform. Some companies only allow their clients to watch or view videos or webinars, but it's great that Paychex is willing to help everyone gain more knowledge.

Positively - In an ever changing world, Paychex has very good training topics and is willing to share these with anyone even if they don't use their payroll service. These topics are always on point and keeps business inline with the latest payroll changes. Would highly recommend anyone to sign up to receive these.
I've never had to contact Paychex for support, which is a good thing. It shows that they are staying up to date on the latest technology and take time to make sure everything webinar or video is ready before it's launched. Great job to Paychex and look forward to many more.
Both ADP and Paychex are very good at informing businesses of the latest changes regarding payroll. Not sure which one is better, but very much get the most out of each. Both are informative and always looking at additional topics in a world that is constantly changing. Thank You for all that you do

Paychex is very easy to use and I've had very little problems with outages or inability to watch webinars or videos. This shows that Paychex stays up on the latest technology, so that businesses can stay informed without worrying about whether they can connect to webinars or videos. Time is important.
We use Paychex to stay informed of upcoming payroll changes. All of the topics apply to all industries, so they are very informative and helpful. I am always willing to learn in an every changing environment and it is great that Paychex believes in the same vision. Thank you for be willing to teach everyone.
