Overall Satisfaction with Paychex Flex

We use this in production and human resources. It has streamlined our employee clocking in and out process and managing overtime better. It has also given us a way to schedule our employees for the workweek and have it streamlined with payroll. That has saved us a lot of clerical work.

Pros

I do not recall the names of the software systems but they didn't compare in ease of use or functionality.
My representative is always available and ensures that I have an answer and resolution to the problem very quickly. I never feel like a burden but always feel like a valued member of the team.

It's easy to use. Simple to track data. You can create a large variety of reports that are needed for different projects.
Paychex Flex is great for any company managing human resources in-house. We were using an outside source (Professional employment organization) for many years. When we brought it in house, we implemented Paychex Flex and it allowed us to manage human resources well from the beginning. Time and attendance and payroll are the best features that helped us save time and clerical work.

No I did not. I didn't consider it necessary. We receive excellent support with the plan that we currently have.
I was struggling to get payroll completed because I had a new pay code. I wasn't sure how to create it and my contact said, give me 5 minutes and I will have it created for you. She certainly did! And I was able to submit payroll with time to spare.
