Overall Satisfaction with Paychex Flex
Paychex Flex is our company payroll administrator and time and attendance tracker. The whole company is processed in this system.
The system is incredibly hard to use and not intuitive. There are always issue with time and attendance.
The system is incredibly hard to use and not intuitive. There are always issue with time and attendance.
- Honestly, the only thing I would use Paychex Flex for is if I was a company under 5 employees who don't need anything beyond payroll. Even then, there are better options. This company needs to adapt its platform to at least match its competitors.
- The platform is outdated.
- Reporting is almost impossible to manage.
- We can never find out invoices and even our account manager can't find the right files.
- Honestly, I can't say anything good about this company.
- Very significant negative impact. We spend more time processing payroll and time and attendance than any other task.
I didn't select Paychex, it was already in place when I joined the company and I'm getting us off them.
