Overall Satisfaction with Paychex Flex
We used Paychex Flex prior to moving to our current system this past October. We used Paychex as our payroll & HR system. It was a good system but didn't have what we needed for a larger organization.
- Our customer rep was amazing!
- They want to expand and become more competitive with larger HRIS platforms.
- Different parts of the program didn't "talk" to each other.
- Reports were difficult.
- Got payroll done every week, though there was a lot of manual work due to union requirements.
- Reports were created and sent with current and legacy data.
I was not part of the decision to purchase Paychex Flex. It was good for the company's needs at the time, but when I joined the company we needed software that was more robust for our needs.
