Overall Satisfaction with Paychex Flex

It is our payroll platform. From the reports I print on Paychex Flex, I put together information for job costs and accounting costs for our organization.

  • Reporting
  • Payroll processing

Cons

  • Tax deduction and tax reporting
  • getting back to customers in a timely manner
  • Customer service disputes
  • Costs somewhat high for number of employees I have
lack of response or arguementative responses on issues.

In my experience, tax reporting/deduction isn't completely accurate. They don't accept criticism well on areas when they have made mistakes. They generally don't want to take responsibility for errors and would rather argue with the customer.
