We use it as a wholesaling platform for all of our payroll clients. We use it for our own payroll as well. It helps us to keep clients' records and compliance and reporting in-house to assist in other tasks we perform for clients. We do QuickBooks, taxes, insurance audits, payroll, sales tax,etc.

Support is everything. From the frontline sales force to the district level sales and support group it is what sells the product. There is always someone you can find help from. And if something goes wrong the jump on fixing it. Cannot express enough how much better than ADP their support is.

Very user friendly once you customize it to the way you like to report payroll. Easy to add pay types and special situations. Also assistance with garnishments and other crazy payroll add ons. If you can't find a way to make it work for you you have problems.
