Overall Satisfaction with Paychex Flex

We use it throughout our company. Payroll, merchant services and insurance. With payroll it assists us with paying our taxes in a timely manner and other payroll questions. The merchant services gives us a lower rate. Then, with the insurance we can know if we are being compliant and [it] helps with COBRA issues.
  • They help me with the correct filing of payroll taxes.
  • Easy access for employees to enroll online and sign forms for employment
  • Turn over of my account rep, but seems to be a problem for all right now
  • Having Paychex has had a positive impact in saving me time and [has given] the ability to step away from our business for a longer time because of the HR efficiency.
Sometimes the response can be a little slow from my Payroll rep.

Because some of the functions online are confusing; however, they are always helpful in solving any problems you might have.
Ease of transferring from another payroll system to Paychex. It was painless and easy for me as a small business person to switch.
