Overall Satisfaction with Paychex Flex
In our organization, we utilize Paychex Flex to manage our bi-weekly payroll needs. We also rely on Paychex as our "Insurance Agent", which helps tremendously during insurance renewal time.
- Paychex Flex does an exemplary job with handling Payroll. Our organization has full-time employee's as well as contractor's and we never have an issue with payroll.
- Insurance renewal process is painless.
- Another plus to using Paychex Flex is the customer support. Questions and/or inquiries are handled promptly and in a timely manner.
- So far, in the two years that I have used Paychex Flex, I have enjoyed all features.
- A huge positive is the time saved on payroll and payroll management. That, in and of itself, is a huge plus because it allows the extra time gained to be utilized on other tasks/duties.
There is nothing to stack it up against since I have not used any similar products.
