Overall Satisfaction with Paychex Flex

We use Paychex Flex for both Payroll and a 401k plan. We have been with Paychex Flex now for almost 5 years and they have provided and incredibly easy system to pay employees. Paychex Flex provided additional HR services when we needed it and when there were few employees we were able to scale the services to our needs without obligation. A year ago we were contacted by a competitor and after reviewing what we have they were unable to offer a comparable service at the same price point. That experience has served to underscore the value that we have felt with the service.

Positively - I always review the Payroll reports to ensure that we have everything we need.
The few times that I have contacted my service representative they have been attentive and quick to help with the whatever the problem has been.
The could not match the price we pay for the same service.

It is easy to use. The dashboard on the computer or on the app are easy to see what needs to be done. We are a small business so there isn't much to do with employee management. The interface makes it easy as does the availability of the support person.
I have recommended Paychex Flex to two other colleagues. It is a good value for the small business as well as large organizations. If you want to put minimal time and effort into Payroll then, Paychex Flex is the way to go. We now spend less than an hour total on Payroll every pay period.
