Great Payroll Platform! Highly Recommend for Small to Mid-Size Companies.

I often had to be in touch with our Account Manager, and she was always extremely helpful when I needed to discuss anything I wasn't able to handle at the user level. My only feedback would be to allow the user to resolve issues rather than always reach out to the account manager level.

Paychex was a simple and straightforward payroll platform. It was easy to navigate employees' hours and paid time off. I had no issues running payroll on a weekly basis for hourly employees and biweekly for salaried employees. The only struggle was when I would find a discrepancy. It seemed like the person who administered the system at the business level couldn't access and correct problems easily. I often had to reach out to an account manager at Paycheck to resolve the issues. Rarely was an explanation or solution provided that I could handle at the user level.
