Sales uses Chorus.ai to review calls, coach and skill development. It records zoom meetings and phone calls and is a very useful tool to improve sales.
- Calls are able to be broken down for review by others
- You can send snippets to your manager to ask for specific coaching
- You can share your calls with teammates and managers
- You can see/watch recordings done by others to learn also.
- I would like to be able to share with non Chorus users.
- mobile app would be nice
- more accurate transcripts
- Increased sales
- Improves confidence for your team which improves morale.
