There are so many interesting features in Chorus.ai that help you in call reviewing, coaching and training of new hires and getting visibility into your pipeline.
This tool is highly customized for Sales teams for customer calls and for sales coaching as well. Features like skip speaker, transcripts, searching by keywords are some of the way you can leverage this tool for coaching, process improvements, reviewing calls etc.
It also promotes collaboration by allowing you to share snippets of the call you want to share.

  • You have great features like speed change, skip speaker, transcripts, call ratio, etc.
  • It streamlines the entire process by automating recording of calls.
  • Their mobile application can be improved.
  • Sometimes it doesn't track the number of attendees of the call accurately.

  • Improved quality of coaching and training.

Integrated with Zoom and G suite. Integrates perfectly well and is perfectly synced.
  • Used it for call reviewing and improving the quality of calls. Our team can review calls, leave their comments and feedback and share snippets with each other. This has helped us identify areas of improvement and work on them.

I haven't faced any major issues with Chorus.ai and my team also hasn't faced any major technical issue with Chorus.ai. But whenever we reach out to their customer support team, they're usually able to resolve the issue in a timely manner.
It is well suited when you want to have a software for recording calls that can be reviewed later on. It comes very handy when you have to make notes and can search by keywords.
Also great for training and coaching of new team members.
Great for sharing these calls and collaborating.
