Overall Satisfaction with Paycor

Paycor is used by my organization to manage payroll and works great across the whole company. Every employee can access their paystubs and see their pay breakdown every month. It also is used to access W2s and it gives a breakdown of all of the deductions taken out on a given pay period.

  • It has allowed all employees to receive data immediately.
  • It has saved time and money.
  • It has answered questions for employees directly from the Paycor site.
Paycor is a great platform for HR to use in order to provide accurate pay period details to the employees. It is also great to use for employee information updates such as contact numbers and updated address information. It is great for W2 management and saves the company time and money from not having to mail out all of the information.
