Overall Satisfaction with Paycor
We used Paycor for our HRIS system, onboarding, time and attendance, payroll system. We also used it for self-service benefits and communicating to employees. We used the online document feature.

Easier functionality and better value for what you receive. Paycor's customer service is better than ADP, for example, Paycor is like you are staying at a Ritz Carlton and ADP is like you are staying at a Motel 6.

Not Sure - I did not set up I think the support is all the same
There is not just one time. Every time I needed assistance with something they were right there to help. I did have one time where the time was feeding incorrectly over to the payroll. I called and they manually corrected for me, then they began working on the problem. Every day for three days they informed me where they were at and what was happening at the beginning and end of each day; the day they fixed it Mark called and explained why it happened and why it would not happen again and how I could also check it to ensure on my end things were working correctly.
