Overall Satisfaction with Paycor

I work in the Accounts Payable department and we use Paycor as our Payroll system. I believe other departments use Paycor for payroll items as well.
  • Overall, Paycor is very user-friendly!
  • It is super easy to navigate and is broken down pretty simply.
  • It's very easy for me to get to where I need to on those last minute payrolls!
  • I hate having to hit the back button or continually having to retrace steps.
  • I wish it were easier to sort employees by "account" when in the "configure employees" tab.
  • It's a very quick process and allows me to get multiple payrolls done fairly quickly.
Our HR and/or payroll team has saved time, but I'm not sure how much.
Overall, it is definitely somewhat easy to use, but there's always room to grow!
Paycor is definitely a very user-friendly platform and is very simply laid out! For me, detail is everything, so the fact that they itemize things very well is a plus-versus me guessing where things are at/what tabs they fall under. I do wish that there was a warning added when submitting a payroll that would alert me that there are employees without direct deposit.
