Overall Satisfaction with Paycor

We have been using Paycor for payroll services for the last 7 years. We are a small home health company and the service has streamlined the payroll process for us.
  • Extremely easy to use
  • Mistakes are easily corrected
  • Payroll input is quick and straightforward
  • Poor response time to emails/phone calls if you are looking for a specific person
  • There has not been a solution to accruing vacation time
  • Creating reports is difficult
  • Freed up an enormous amount of time
  • Improved payroll efficiency and accuracy
  • Improved information given to outside agencies for employment verifications
Our HR and/or payroll team has saved time, but I'm not sure how much. - Prior to using Paycor we were managing payroll by submitting to a company via fax. We had no control over any information that was being inputted and had to rely on the company for all additions/edits/management.
Data input is easy. The system is available 24 hours per day and at any computer if I happen to want to work from home. It is fairly simple and straightforward for managing employees and to provide information to them.
At the time, Paycor had the most responsive salesperson and reacted immediately to our request for information. The other company was not responsive to our request for alternative products and we were currently with them. We have never received so much attention since that initial start up with Paycor. Other than Joe Sakar, the employees are not responsive, either by email or phone. We do not have relationships with anyone at Paycor nor do we feel comfortable knowing that any problems/issues/questions will be handled, especially if they are of an immediate nature.
The use of Paycor is extremely easy. All office personnel are proficient in using the system whereby not just one person in our office knows how to do payroll. It is difficult, however, to create any working relationship with anyone. Changes to your account person occurs frequently, and there has never been a consistent person to speak with regarding questions/problems.
