Overall Satisfaction with Paycor
We currently utilize the core HR, payroll, benefits, and ACA modules within Perform. We also utilize Time on Demand for time and attendance. HR, Payroll, and Accounting are the primary users; outside of those departments, department managers have access to Time on Demand in order to view and approve time cards.
Pros
- Perform has a very user-friendly interface
Cons
- Time on Demand isn't user friendly for the employee or the administrator.
- Benefits module is challenging to set up to our needs.
- Perform and Time on Demand are not fully integrated which in turn requires double the work at times.
- The ACA module paired with Time on Demand and Benefits module has made our reporting process more efficient.
Not sure. - Our payroll process has been the same for 20+ years. We have never worked with another vendor for payroll processing or HR.
